Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note, the order processing time is 1-2 days.
Allow 3-5 working days to recieve your waist trainer if ordering from The Netherlands and 7-20 days for international shipping.

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we are strict on returns. Waist trainers are undergarments and for sanity reasons, if a waist trainer is returned not in the correct form the exchange will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend that you try on your waist trainer with clean hands, and over clean clothing to avoid disappointment in the case of an unsuccessful return.

Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be returned.
Items covering the lower body should be tried on over underwear. In the interests of safety and hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.

Please take extra care to inspect and test your returned item(s) to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging

We understand that sizing may be confusing and each body is different, Therefore, we offer a free sizing service where we will provide you with professional advice on what size you will need.

You can choose between making an appointment, where you can also try on our products or a virtual service whereby we have a look at your body via a clear photo or video showing your upper body and waistline. In combination with your measurements we can advise a suitable size
for you.

If after you receive the waist trainer and it does not fit due to our fault, we will freely exchange it for the correct size. 
If you do not use this service and you find that the size is wrong, we will only accept an exchange if you return the waist trainer within 5 workingdays of receiving and there has no been no damage or signs of wear. You can contact us here

MB’s Waist has the right to refuse your exchange if the product has been worn, damaged or unable to resale due to hygiene reasons.
